Partnership with NIBC strengthens the development.

In NIBC’s 80th anniversary year, we are proud to highlight The View of Rotterdam – a dynamic, mixed-use development on the Rijnhaven that is transforming Katendrecht into a vibrant international urban district.

This project demonstrates the power of vision and collaboration. Real estate developer Rick van Heumen MRE explains in the video how The View came to life, which challenges were overcome, and why the partnership with NIBC – fast, pragmatic and flexible – was essential to bringing this large-scale project to fruition.

“A project of this scale is only possible with a true partner such as NIBC Bank, combined with the solid support of a strong shareholder. Together, they provided the right balance to turn our vision into reality.”
